The gift voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. The gift voucher can be used at any time within this time period and it is only when the gift card is used that the membership is activated.

Can the gift voucher be returned?

Yes, the gift voucher can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Upon return, the money is paid back to the buyer.

Can the recipient exchange the gift voucher for money?

No, the recipient cannot exchange the gift voucher for money.
