A class 2 moped is allowed to drive at a maximum speed of 25 km/h. A class 1 moped (EU-moped) is allowed to drive at a maximum speed of 45 km/h.
An easy way to remember this is that the maximum speed for a class 2 moped begins with 2 (25 km/h).
