Common theory questions

What is the highest permitted speed when towing?

When towing, 30 km/h is the highest permitted speed.

Towing should be done on the road's hard shoulder, or, if there is no hard shoulder, on the far right of the carriageway.

Towing is not permitted on motorways and clearways. If your car has an engine failure on a motorway or clearway, you must use professional help and call a tow truck. Previously, it was considered permissible to tow on motorways and clearways, but this is not the case. There may therefore be factual errors on this subject in other educational material you use.
