Common theory questions

What is the minimum distance you should keep from the steering wheel in order not to be harmed by the airbag?

If you sit too close to an airbag you can be injured when it deploys. As a driver you should not sit closer than 25 centimetres from the frontal airbag in the steering wheel.

Note that a child must never sit in a child safety device in front of an activated airbag. It is only when the child no longer uses a child safety device and is at least 140 centimetres tall that it may sit in front of an activated airbag.
