Common theory questions

Where is parking prohibited at level crossings?

Parking is prohibited within 30 metres of level crossings. This means that you are only allowed to stop closer than 30 metres from a level crossing to load or unload goods or to allow a passenger to get in or out of the car. You are also allowed to when it is necessary to avoid danger or if traffic conditions so require (for example, when a train is passing).
